Oxide-TFT is promising for low-cost, transparent, and flexible device applications due to excellent material properties originated from the strong ionicity. We develop several types of new oxide-TFTs such as very wide band gap, high mobility, p-channel etc. based on the material development, process development and device architecture design.

We develop unique oxide-TFT based circuit applications with optical transparency and flexibility. We also develop a function-integrated device using oxides for next-generation smart device applications.
