Low dimensional nature enhances the material property and often offer exceptional new material property. We develop new oxide semiconductor based low-dimensional materials (nanowire, nanosheet) for next device applications. We grow several types of low-dimensional oxide semiconductor and fabricate electronic devices. We are also seeking a unique material property that originated from a low-dimensional system.
